Downtown Portland Bursts At Seams With Starlight Parade
Portland, Ore. — Thousands packed the streets of Downtown Portland Saturday night for the annual Rose Festival Starlight Parade.
Called one of the Rose Festival’s most popular events, The Starlight Parade featured about 100 illuminated entries that moved along the parade route.
