Chief Jami Resch in the latest PPB hiring video explains that applicants of all backgrounds will be considered.
Currently there are 104 vacancies in the Portland Police Bureau. According to the website this recruitment is for Entry-Level and Lateral Police Officers and will continue till June of this year.
Excellent training, pay and benefits. Those are just a few things that the Portland Police Bureau dangle out there to attract new recruits.
Chief Jami Resch also states in the new recruiting video that you don’t need a law enforcement background to apply.
