Death Penalty Delay

California has followed the lead of Oregon, and three other states, by declaring a moratorium on the death penalty. Governor Gavin Newsom signed the executive order Wednesday morning.  What do you think of this move by Newsom and other governors in the US?  Let’s discuss.
