PORTLAND, Ore. – For the second straight week, Portland’s Damian Lillard is the NBA Western Conference Player of the Week.
It’s the 16th time Dame has won the award.
That’s the most in franchise history.
He averaged over 38 points, almost 7 assists, and 4.5 rebounds last week.
