Keizer, Or. – The new In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Keizer is four months into construction with no firm word on when it will open. The Statesman Journal reports a company exec says construction usually takes five to six months, which would likely mean December. He says they start hiring workers a month before it opens. The restaurant will have 69 seats inside and another 80 outside in a covered patio. The In-N-Out will be located at Keizer Station near I-5.
