Cars Shot Up In Northeast Portland Neighborhood

PORTLAND, Ore. — Somebody unloaded dozens of gunshots in Northeast Portland late Monday night.
At least six cars were hit with bullets on Emerson Street near Cully just before 11:00pm. Officers found more than 20 shell casings at the scene.
Nobody turned up with injuries.
The number of shooting incidents in Portland this year is approaching a record 900.
