Portland, Ore. – There’s a candlelight vigil tonight at the University of Portland for a student whose been missing since Sunday. Owen Klinger is a Portland native and a U of P freshman. Portland police, along with his family and friends, are still searching for Owen. We spoke with his father Dustin Klinger during a search yesterday at Cathedral Park. His Dad says Owen was not prepared to be out in this cold weather for this long of a time. Tonight’s candlelight vigil starts at 8:30pm at the Chapel on the University of Portland campus.
