Can You Identify This Woman Found Dead On Springwater Trail?

GRESHAM, Ore. — The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office is asking for help to identify a woman who was found dead on the Springwater Trail one month ago.

The woman who’s white and believed to be between 40 and 60-years-old, 5’4″ and 129 lbs with medium-length light brown/blonde hair with some gray was found dead on February 24th.  Investigators say she had previous surgery on her head and was wearing partial dentures.

She was wearing several layers of clothing including black gloves and a black knit cap, blue jeans, a white shirt and two sweaters, one black with Pacific NW on it and one with a flower pattern along with a black jacket with the handwritten words “Patricia G” on it.
