Bike Death

Vancouver WA – A driver struck and killed a 10-year-old boy who was riding a bike in Vancouver Tuesday morning.
Clark County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the incident near Northeast 9th Street and Northeast 167th Avenue.
The driver involved stayed on scene, and has since been identified by CCSO as 45-year-old James Elieisar.
The intersection is controlled by stop signs going north and south but the vehicle’s path was not controlled by a stop sign.
