Bicyclist Killed in Collision on Pacific Highway in Tigard

Tigard, OR. — A bicyclist was killed in a collision with a car on Pacific Highway in Tigard. Police say the crash, involving a small convertible, happened just before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night at Southwest Pacific Highway and Gaarde Street. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Officers don’t believe the driver was impaired. Authorities tell our news partner KGW the cyclist was a male and died at the scene. His age is unknown. It’s not clear if anyone will face charges.
