Another Rioter Arrested

PORTLAND, Ore. – Another arrest has been made in connection to the May Day Riot in downtown Portland on Monday.

Damion Feller, 22, was arrested Wednesday and is suspected of placing burning road flares inside both the downtown Target and a Portland Police cruiser.

He faces arson and rioting charges and will be arraigned on Thursday.
