Another Arrest In Child Sex Abuse Case

Hillsboro, Or. – A third person has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing at least five kids in Beaverton and Aloha. Diana Rodriguez is the ex wife of Cupertino Juarez Hernandez. He and his older brother have already been charged. 39 year old Benito  Juarez Hernandez is serving a prison term at the Oregon State Penitentiary for sexually assaulting children in an unrelated case. Detectives arrested 33 year old Cupertino Juarez Hernandez last month. He’s being held in the Washington County Jail on more than  $5,000,000 bail.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office says the abuse began 15 years ago and strongly believes there are more victims. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 503-846-2700.
