Accident Kills 3 outside of St. Paul

3 people died today on McKay Road NE, just east of HWY 219 near St. Paul. The road remains closed right now for an investigation into what happened. according to a passerby, they called 911 and waited for authorities to arrive and found no one alive when they came upon the crash.
