88 year old woman with dementia missing in Cold Weather

Portland Police said Sunday afternoon they are asking for help in finding 88 year old Eleanor Mitchell.
Mitchell is is believed to have walked away from her home in the 5500 Block of Northeast 15th Avenue Sunday.
Police say it is possible that she was seen walking near of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Ainsworth Street.
They are asking anyone who sees her to call 911.
