HERE IS THE PRESS RELEASE:

VANCOUVER, Wash. (May 15, 2019) — Today, Burgerville announced that its location at 11900 SW Canyon Road in Beaverton will be closing on June 16, 2019. The company has leased this space since July 1, 1969, and after careful evaluation has determined that the building is near the end of its useful life. Due to ecological considerations and wetlands conservation, a major remodel of the location is not possible.
“It has been an honor to serve the Beaverton community at this site for the last 50 years, and we appreciate the decades of support we’ve received from generations of Burgerville fans,” said Beth Brewer, Senior VP of Operations at Burgerville. “We look forward to welcoming our guests at our other nearby locations at Scholls Ferry & Allen Blvd, and on NW 185th Avenue at Walker Road.”
The central Beaverton location, adjacent to the Beaverton Town Square shopping center, was one of the company’s oldest operating restaurants. Forty-one Burgerville restaurants will continue to serve guests from Centralia, Washington, to Corvallis, Oregon, offering fresh, locally sourced burgers and fries, as well as seasonal specialties from around the region, like Walla Walla Onion Rings and Fresh Oregon Strawberry Milkshakes.
Employees will have the opportunity to reapply at other Burgerville restaurants. For more information, visit Burgerville.com and follow Burgerville on Facebook and Instagram.
