4.2 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Off Oregon Coast

COOS BAY, Ore. – A 4.2 magnitude earthquake shook off the Oregon Coast Wednesday night.

The U.S. Geological Survey says it was recorded about 200 miles west of Coos Bay just before 11.

It was along the Blanco Fracture zone, which is one of the state’s most active faults.

No damage has been reported and there is no tsunami warning.
