Portland Police Prepare For Possible Unrest This Weekend

Portland Ore – The Portland Police Bureau released information Tuesday to help the public prepare for demonstrations that are planned to take place downtown on Saturday. It includes a map showing the area that may be affected by the planned demonstrations. The demonstrations are not permitted, so information on them is limited. It also includes a map of where other events not affected by the protests are taking place.

They also ask the public to check for TriMet updates online before heading out. The Portland Bureau of Transportation also says the demonstrations could cause street closures.
