La Center, WA – Flames were shooting into the night sky in La Center in a string of at least four arsons in a neighborhood full of homes under construction. Investigators believe all the fires are connected. The first fire was back in late February, as flames ripped through a home at West 13th Way and Aspen Avenue that was nearing the end of construction. There were two more fires in April and one in May. KGW reports that damage estimates top more than 150-THOUSAND-dollars.
