Man Wanted By FBI Turns Himself In

Portland, Oregon – A 62 year old Oregon man who was wanted by the FBI for child sexual assault is in custody this weekend. Wayne Arthur Silsbee was on the run for 23 YEARS before he walked into the Oregon City Police Department on Friday and turned himself in. According to detectives, the alleged assaults happened in September of 1995 and April 1996 in Clackamas County.
