Portland City Hall Getting A Much Needed Facelift

PORTLAND, Ore.–  Portland City Hall is getting cleaned up.  the roof will be replaced with an Eco roof.  The exterior of the building is being power washed, followed by joint repairs stone reinforcement .  Air units and cooling towers will be replaced .  All the moss will be removed .

Windows will have cracked and splintering wood replaced UV damage and deteriorating paint will get replaced.   many of the doors at city hall have issues with gaps  and decaying edges.  The work will take several months.
