Washington Gov. Inslee Tells Trump To Stop Tweeting And Start Listening

Washington, DC – President Trump met with several U.S. Governors at the White House yesterday for a listening session about guns. But it’s the exchange with Washington Governor Jay Inslee that’s getting a lot of attention this morning.

Democrat Inslee told President Trump he needs to stop tweeting so much and start listening to what Americans are saying. The exchange came as Inslee challenged Trump on his call to arm more teachers in classrooms.

Trump listened with his arms crossed before moving on to a question from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, a Republican.

This was during the listening session between Trump and roughly 40 governors at the White House on Monday.
