Robert D. Abner, age 39, is wanted out of Kansas on 7 counts of Rape, two counts of Aggravated Criminal Sodomy, one count of Aggravated Robbery and one count of Aggravated Kidnapping.  Abner is described as a white male, 6'00", 300 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  Abner has had facial hair in the past but may have shaved and could still have several days' growth of beard.

Abner is last known to be driving a dark blue or black 1995 Lexus SC 400 displaying Kansas license 573 AAM.

Abner was reportedly born in Eugene.  According to Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office he may possibly be enroute to Oregon where he may have several acquaintances in the area.
