July is National Watermelon month,
Ingredients: 8 cups of cubed watermelon (1/2 inch cubes), 1.5 cups gingerale, 1/3 cup water, 6oz. frozen limeaide concentrate.
Preparation: Place watermelon on cookie sheet in a single layer. Freeze for 8 hours. Place half of all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth (15-20 seconds). Pour into a pitcher. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve over ice, garnish with mint sprig of fruit stick (cherries, pineapple, watermelon pieces).
