Dante Rosario Will Always Win The Day
Former Oregon Ducks and Dallas Cowboys Tight End Dante Rosario
joined Guest Host Fletcher Johnson Wednesday afternoon on The Bald Faced Truth to discuss his career and the prominent NFL offseason headlines.
Rosario, an Oregon native and graduate of Dayton High School, described the aura of being a part of the Dallas Cowboys organization.
“The thing that I noticed right away is the standard that they’ve set here,” he said. “They don’t accept mediocrity. They want the best players here and want the best team here.”
He also commented on the ongoing trial involving former Patriots star Aaron Hernandez.
“I think it’s one of those things that it starts at an early age. I was surrounded by very good people growing up, I had a good family,” he said. “And a great group friends that were around me that never led me in the wrong direction."
Rosario, originally drafted by Carolina in 2007, signed a deal with Dallas this offseason.
He has also played for the Denver Broncos and the San Diego Chargers.
