Back of the cards
Portland Police hope that playing cards of unsolved murders will lead to closure for the victim's families and the community.
The bureau's Cold Case Homicide Unit
has released a second edition of the popular cards. They'll be sold at over 100 Plaid Pantry stores around the area.
Police are counting on pictures and recollections of what happened for a break in these unsolved homicides.
One sergeant, three detectives and six more who are retired are tasked with 287 cold cases dating back to the 1970's.
