Ingredients: 2 all beef hot dogs per person, 2 eggs per person, 2 tsp. salsa 1 tsp. shredded Mexican cheese mix.
Preparation: Grill hot dogs until done. Fry the eggs, breaking the yokes. Place dogs on plate, over lay one egg on top of each hot dog. Sprinkle with cheese. Add 1 tsp. of salsa on top.
