Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. tequila
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp . honey syrup (1:1)
1 fresh jalapeño wheel (seeds optional)
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Garnish: jalapeño wheel
Preparation: Gently muddle the fresh jalapeño wheel, add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
