Pearson Air Museum Re-Opens
Just weeks after being kicked out by the National Park Service, the
Pearson Air Museum has re-opened in the same building. Everything was hauled out of the Vancouver museum at the eleventh hour when an eviction order was issued after failed negotiations.
Two temporary exhibits are on display. One is especially for children about the history of transportation. The other shows off a spruce mill that made combat planes in Vancouver during World War 1. A new exhibit on the birth of Pearson Air Field is expected to move in at the end of March.
