A Vancouver man who has tattoos honoring  friends and family he's lost in Iraq and Afghanistan is part of a  military inspired tattoos exhibit opening this week at the Clark County Historical Museum. Jeremy Hubbard who served in the Army for six years has memorial tattoos on his back for his best friend and two  family members. One of the family members who lost both legs in Afghanistan received a Purple Heart. Jeremy has a tattoo of a Purple Heart along with the date his cousin was wounded.
