Esperanza Spalding was the surprise last year when she shocked the world and beat out pop-sensation Justin Bieber. Now she made a return to Los Angeles for more and didn't disappoint. Spalding not only took home Album of the Year in her Genre, but also won best instrumental arrangement accompanying vocal for her song "City of Roses" off her winning album "Radio Music Society". She went out of her way to record the album using as many Portlander's as she could. And she continued to put her roots in the spot light after she won praising her teacher, Thara Memory. She now sits with three Grammys in the last two-years. Check out her Grammy moment below.
