Cell phones
According to the Tax Foundation, cell phone owners living in Washington pay more than 20% in taxes in fees.  Oregonians pay a total of 7.67% for the same service.  That number includes federal fees.  Turns out those of us living in Oregon actually enjoy the lowest tax and fee rates in the country.

The highest cell phone tax and fee rate is in Nebraska - 24%.  The average is 17%.
