Wanted Man Shot Dead By Police In Vancouver

Neighbors reported hearing six shots this morning from an apartment complex in Vancouver.  A witness saw a wounded man in the driver's seat of a car.  He was dead.

The man was wanted by U.S. Marshals and said to be armed.  Witnesses say he rammed an undercover patrol car.  Several officers shot and killed him when the situation escalated in the parking lot of the Addison Apartments on Northeast 18th and Burton Road.  

Three people were taken into custody for questioning.
