Tire Slashing Spree in SE Portland

It was one headache of a morning for drivers in Southeast Portland.  They couldn't make it to work because of what vandals did overnight.  The tires on at least 14 cars were slashed in the Richmond neighborhood.

A noise outside woke up one of the victims who saw two people around 5'7" wearing dark clothing quickly walk away near 31st and Franklin.  Police haven't tied them to the crimes, but they're suspicious.

Additional victims who find the damage are asked to file a police report.
