Snitsky Soars With Flight 750

Gene “Snitsky” Snisky is one of the most famous professional wrestlers of the WWE era. He joined Chad on Flight 750 Tuesday to talk about his time in the ring and his part in one of WWE’s 100 Greatest Moments in Raw History.
Snisky explains that wrestling is something that he always wanted to do but something that took a back seat to football because he was such a great football player.
“I grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania and wrestling is huge here and I always loved it as a kid. That’s kind of what spawned my wrestling. I always wanted to do it, but I wanted to see how far I could go with football because I was really good with football.”
Snisky also says that he enjoys wrestling because it allows him to utilize his acting skills.
“I always tell people I live vicariously through myself because I can be a character. I can express my characterizations. I can just be that guy and not even think twice about it. I can just flip the switch and I’m Snitsky.”
Snisky also spoke to one of his most memorable moments: the time he kissed Lita’s feet.
“People might know and people might not know it, but in real life I have a foot fetish…I went to Vince and I was like “Look, I want to incorporate the foot fetish. I think it’d be kind of cool the way my character’s perceived” and he’s like “That’s a great idea. Let’s do it.”
