Missing Tigard Man Shows Up

51-year-old John Knorr of Tigard suffered a major stroke three weeks ago, but things had been looking up for him until late Christmas day when he had a relapse.  After losing his ability to speak his mother Bridget Biren decided to take him to the hospital, but actually lost him after they got out of the car.  She says he was right behind her as they were walking in, but simply disappeared.

Knorr was considered missing until he showed up at his home Wednesday afternoon.  It turns out he had walked to his mother's old house from St. Vincen'ts Hospital and eventually was taken home by a neighbor who used hand signal directions from Knorr.
