Confessed Killer Resentenced 20 Years Later

37-year-old Todd Davilla has had his life sentenced overturned and now has a chance to walk out of prison before he turns 60.  A judge Tuesday ruled that because the state violated guidelines, his sentence should now be 50 years with credit for 20 years served.

Davilla confessed to killing 22-year-old Lisa Flormoe in a Wilsonville home back in 1992 when he was 16 years old.  He was tried as an adult.  Flormoe's mother Karen says she is happy with the new sentence.
