A quick and tasty appetizer you can serve your guests during the holidays. Takes just a few minutes to prepare and 20-35 minutes to cook up.

Ingredients: 2lbs of chicken wings-discard wing tips, 1 bottle of sesame-ginger salad dressing, 4 tablespoons apricot preserves and 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Preparation: In a gallon re-sealable plastic bag, add the wings, dressing and garlic powder. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cooking: Get your grill started—kick up to high. And pre-heat for 20-30 minutes.

Melt the preserves in the microwave. Put wings on the grill and begin to grill for 10 minutes per side. Turn and paint with preserves, cook 10 more minutes, turn once again and paint opposite side of the wings and cook an additional 5 minutes or until done. Remove, serve and savor!
