Man Kidnapped, Robbed and Shot At Vancouver Lake

The victim says he was kidnapped along Lower River Road west of the lake, robbed of his car and shot.  Wounded, he stumbled through a field more than a mile to Kadow's Marina and knocked on a door around 4:00.  A witness says the man was covered in blood and said he'd been shot four times.

The victim's condition is unknown.  There's no description of the suspect.  They're said to be driving the man's black 2012 Nissan Sentra with a temporary plate in the window and frames from Beaverton Nissan.
