Kyron Horman
A judge is expected to formally delay the $10 million dollar civil case brought by Kyron Horman's mother Desiree Young against Kyron's step-mother Terri Horman on Wednesday.  Prosecutors and investigators actually asked for the delay because they did not want sealed documents that could jeopardize a possible criminal case.

D.A. Michael Schrunk says he wants the documents sealed to protect the best interests of justice and to preserve the integrity of the investigation.

Young filed the civil case in June of this year because she believes Terri Horman had something to do with Kyron's disappearance on June 4th, 2010 and wants answers.  The boy has not been seen since that day and no arrests have been made.
