Man Accused Of Slashing Tires In SE Portland

Police were on their way to Southeast 18th and Belmont last night after a victim heard their car window break and saw a man ride off on a bicycle.  

They got another call while headed to the scene of a man slashing tires with a knife, including on work vans at CenturyLink.

Officers found 24-year-old Robert Bradford in the neighborhood.  He's charged with criminal mischief, and more charges are possible as additional reports are filed.
