Local Portland Shops Ban Together to Form Little Boxes

Little Boxes is a group of 170 locally owned and operated retail stores that have formed a group to offer shoppers incentives on the busiest shopping day of the year and the day after.

Friday and Saturday November 23rd & 24th is when shoppers can visit any of the Little Boxes stores and enter free drawings for prizes and get other special deals.

The founders say they are banding together in an effort to compete with some of the big box stores and to promote the benefits of spending dollars on locally owned businesses.
