Let The Ski Season Begin On Mt. Hood

Timberline Lodge opens its ski season today and will be open on Thanksgiving too. The Pucci, Molly's, Bruno and Stormin' Norman chair lifts will start operations. On the upper mountain, the Magic Mile and Palmer lifts will also operate weather permitting. Hours are 9:00am to 4:00pm.

Mount Hood Meadows expects to make an announcement about the start of its ski season today.

Mount Bachelor in Central Oregon opens tomorrow.
