When people think Green Bay Packers the work excellence comes to mind. Packers legendary offensive lineman Jerry Kramer joined the Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano to talk career and life.

Jerry talked with John about arriving in Green Bay as a rookie and what the priorities were before Vince Lombardi became head coach.

"Winning was secondary we had made the team and pretty much that was what we were trying to do is just be a part of the team. You didn't know how to win quite frankly you thought it just happened or at least I did at that time and then a man named Lombardi came along the next year and did a whole bunch of explaining to us."

Jerry and John talked about perfection and how Lombardi coached perfection.

"I know we can't be perfect and we all know we can't be perfect but if we try to be perfect we get a whole lot further down the road then we would if we were looking for alright or good enough so that point on he gave me that confidence and gave me permission to try to be special."

Jerry and John also talk about the NFL Hall of Fame and being a Packers legend who is not yet enshrined.
