16 yr old Briana Troyer walked away from Tower Bowling Lanes at approximately 1730 hrs on Tuesday, November 13th. Briana is a special ed student and has a mental age of approximately 9 yrs. She is 5'2" and105 pounds. She is wearing a Wilson High School bowling shirt, a Wilson sweatshirt and blue jeans. She was last seen walking away from the bowling alley with Terrence D Powell, a black male 21 yrs of age. He is approximately 5'9" and 220 pounds. He is a level 1 sex offender.
