Pendleton Coffee. As the weather begins to cool down, a lot of us enjoy hot libations to warm us up. A number of years ago, Lars Larson introduced me to Pendleton Whiskey--and it was love at first sip. Here's a flavorful way to add some spirit to your favorite cup of coffee.

Ingredients: 1.5oz. Pendleton Whiskey, 1/2oz. REAL maple syrup, 5oz. gourmet whole bean coffee, whipped cream (optional).

Preparation: Brew a pot of gourmet coffee. In a heated mug, add the Pendleton Whiskey and maple syrup. Pour in coffee and stir. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle a little maple syrup on to the whipped cream.
