After 20 Years Confessed Killer to be Resentenced

The family of Lisa Flormoe faced her killer again in court Thursday.  37-year-old Todd Davilla confessed to raping and murdering her in a Wilsonville home when he was 16.  He was tried as an adult and sentenced to life in prison, but his sentenced has been contested many times. 

An appeals court ultimately ruled that proper guidelines were not followed.  Davilla will receive a new sentence on November 26th.  KXL's Mike Turner was in the courtroom.
