Tri Met MAX Riders Deal with Delays Wednesday

For much of the day Wednesday, Tri Met MAX riders dealt with delays and packed trains.  A window washer dropped a rope that wrapped around the MAX contact wire in the morning around 10:15.  Then in the afternoon a truck turning from North Russell onto North Interstate encroached on the MAX right of way and made contact with a northbound train.

The delays were felt all the way down the line.
