Lemon-Raspberry Cooler

Sure you can get "blasted" over the Labor Day weekend. But why go through the hang-over experience, when you can sip a delicious, healthy cooler? This one is good for the whole family.

Ingredients: 1.5 cups of lemon sherbert, 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, 2oz. cranberry juice, 6 oz. orange soda, i cup of ice. NOTE: Recipe is per person.

Preparation: In a blender, add ice, sherbert, cranberry juice, raspberries. Blend for 15 seconds. Add the orange soda and blend until mixed-about 10 seconds. Pour into a tall beverage glass.
