Ingredients: 2 small, ripe Haas avocado (approx. 1/2 cup), 3 cups vanilla ice cream, 1 cup coconut water, 4 shots bourbon.
Preparation: Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings. Garnish with a small sprig of mint.
