Give yourself a few days before you enjoy this one. It takes 7-10 days of refrigerator fermentation to come to it's full glory. And...don't eat the pineapple, becuase it will be very bitter.
Ingredients: 1 ripe pineapple--peeled and cut into chunks or wedges. 1/2 gallon premium vodka, 1 sun tea jar, tonic water and ice.
Preparation: Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, cut off skin and then cut into wedges or chunks. Place inside sun tea jar, add vodka and put on the jar top. Place in refrigerator for 10 days. After 10 days, fill a Collins glass with ice, add 2 oz. of pineapple blast and top with tonic water. Stir and enjoy. Use FRESH pineapple wedges as garnish.
